The Homeowners wanted to redo their entire property, adding curb appeal to the front, addressing proper drainage, and installing two new patio areas, one with a custom pergola and the other with a large fire pit. Grading, downspouts, expanded green space for play, and access points were prioritized the design. Plant and hardscaping materials complement the classic tutor style of the house.
